To get schools ready for AI we deliver full AI governance workshops with bespoke resources and two targeted programs that develop your staff’s capability.

Build on your existing policies and approaches and create ‘easy to follow’ resources for the community to understand the schools’ approach, teachers to manage the risk of different uses of AI and students to be clear about the expectations. We meet you where you are at and help you build what you need. This can begin with basic sessions and artefacts or go straight into whole school implementation and change management plans. 

To make AI ready for schools we have developed a purpose built AI management platform for schools that works with your existing digital systems. Mecha curbs the AI Apps explosion and reduces data leakage risks, lessens the staff learning burden, helping them learn about AI while using AI. You create their own AI tools, share their AI innovations across all your staff and control AI use within your school. Services include:

• Preparing for Staff Use. This 2 hour workshop for up to six staff introduces key concepts, mapping existing AI initiatives, and producing the school’s own Ready Reckoner for Staff Use. ($1,990)

• Student Use: AI For Learning. An optional 90 min extension focussed program unpacking AI and assessments, student AI use and producing the school’s own AI for Learning Table ($990)

• Full Schools Ready Workshop Series. Our full program, four two hour workshops delivering a completed Schools AI Plan. You can start with preparing for staff and students then add on AI governance components to make your own full workshop

• AI Coaching. Up to 1 hour per week (either school solo or in group) to review and discuss progress and issues ($500-$990 per month)

• Bespoke AI Program. We build AI. We can create Agents, Chatbots, automations and custom co-designed support package targeted at the point of need of  your team.
